Jasprit Bumrah to lead in Ireland T20I Series
There comes another exciting news: India’s spearhead, Jasprit Bumrah, is all set to make a comeback in International Cricket. He will return in the Ireland T20I series as the captain of the Indian team. Jasprit Bumrah has been out of action since the India T20 series against Australia in September 2022 due to a back Injury. He undergo surgery for his troubling back in New Zealand & was then sent to NCA to complete his recovery process. And as a major boost, Bumrah’s rehabilitation got completed & he is completely fit & fine. He has been bowling in NCA fixtures & has gradually increased his bowling workload. After his complete fitness assessment & monitoring his progress in NCA fixtures, the management has granted Bumrah a green signal to return back to action. It’s understood that Bumrah was keen to head the second-string team in India’s T20I series against Ireland. And after looking at Bumrah’s wish & his latest fitness report he has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Indian team.
