Cruz stated that Pereira will definitely fight in the second semester of 2024. He is crazy and that’s probably why he trained on Monday. Pereira said to his coach that this is his second fight for the camp in Perth and he wants to fight on that card. His coach further stated that he won’t be surprised if Pereira fights at UFC 305.
UFC 305 is set to be held on August 17 and will be headlined by Dricus Du Plessis and Israel Adesanya in a middleweight title fight. The UFC has not commented on Pereira’s potential participation in UFC 305 yet. “Poatan” has quickly moved up in the pound-for-pound rankings. He currently ranks No. 2 in the rankings. As the year continues, fans are eagerly waiting for Pereira’s next move and will possibly see him fight in Australia next.
