Former WWE superstar and CM Punk’s wife, AJ Lee, has been a topic of discussion in WWE ever since Drew McIntyre named her during a WWE promo. “The Scottish Warrior” brought up her name when he showed up a bracelet belonging to CM Punk that had her name written on it, as well as her pet dog Larry. The bracelet had been the center of the rivalry between McIntyre and Punk. Several WWE fans were expecting AJ Lee to return to WWE at Money in the Bank 2024, but that didn’t happen.
AJ Lee makes a big revelation
Now, AJ has given her first reaction to the feud. During an interview with ComicBook’s Hayley Miller, AJ Lee revealed that she doesn’t really know what’s going on in her husband’s WWE storylines, and she also doesn’t watch him wrestle. “I have no idea what’s going on. I’m weird about that, I don’t want to watch my husband wrestle live because I’m scared. It’s like a weird juju thing,” said AJ Lee.
She further added, “It’s like when you get home from work, do you open your email? It’s just like that. It feels like that if people can understand. So, I’m sort of on the periphery and I’m mostly interested in women’s things because that’s what I’m interested in.” AJ also revealed that it’s her husband who tells her who is the hottest female wrestler in WWE right now. Lee said that her favorite female superstars currently are Bayley and Naomi.
AJ about the sudden popularity of her dog
Lee further talked about how her dog Larry has suddenly become famous and she is proud of him. “I know my dog is famous all of a sudden. He is going to get some surprise merch. I have been privy to that. But it’s cool. I’m happy that he’s happy and healthy and just killing it. I’m proud,” said AJ.

The rivalry between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre is one of the most fired-up storylines going on right now in WWE. The two men are set to face each other for the third and final time at Bad Blood in Hell in a Cell. The score is tied between the two and both have won one match each. Now, the two will face each other in a Hell in a Cell match. Punk is most likely to win at the upcoming PLE and close the chapter forever.
