Rockstar Games has created some great GTA 5 characters like Trevor Philips, Michael De Santa and Franklin Clinton. However, the title also has some characters that fans despise. They are not only the characters from story mode but also those who have appeared in the game’s popular mode, GTA Online. With the next title set to release in 2025, it will be interesting to see if it does better than its predecessor in this regard. 1) Amanda De Santa
Michael De Santa is one of the most beloved protagonists in the title, and he is treated very harshly by his family. This is the reason his family members are among the most hated characters in GTA V. Michael’s wife, Amanda De Santa, constantly cheats on him and she is always unapologetic, even after getting caught multiple times. This is the reason she is hated by the whole GTA community.
2) Lester Crest
He is a supporting character in GTA V story mode and is an intruding individual. However, his antics in GTA Online made him one of the most hated characters in the community. Lester Crest played an important role in GTA Online’s heists, but he talks non-stop and his voice sounds annoying on the radio. Moreover, his phone calls in Freemode and arrogant attitude can be irritating at times. Crest’s reputation, which he built in GTA V by helping the protagonists, was all tarnished by his acts in GTA Online.
3) Devin Weston
He is the prime antagonist in GTA V story mode and given how the three protagonists are beloved in the community, Devin is definitely one of the most hated characters. Even if Weston was not the main bad guy, he would still have been hated anyway. He is smug and bashful and not to forget that he didn’t pay Franklin for the Pack Man mission. Weston also tried to scrap Michael’s movie. He also ordered Franklin to kill Michael.
4) Jimmy De Santa
As mentioned above, Michael’s family is among the most hated characters in GTA V and after his wife, it is his son Jimmy who is hated the most by the Community. Jimmy also treats Michael poorly and always blames him for his own shortcomings. He once even drugged Michael, stole his car and dumped it in the streets. Even after a decade, Jimmy doesn’t take any responsibility and is seen selling drugs during the Cluckin Bell Farm Raid.
5) Sessanta and KDJ
They are a major part of the Auto Shop GTA Online business. While their establishment is good and helps make a decent amount of money through the Auto Shop Robbery contracts, the duo of Sessanta and KDJ can make completing these missions enraging. This mostly happens because the two keep talking for the majority of the duration of Auto Shop contracts and their dialogues are annoying. They often engage in PDA during the cutscenes.
